Funny story – I was writing today’s date at work, and it suddenly occurred to me that the release of my second book is in nine days. Heck, eight days now that today is almost over. That means just over a week! I’m incredibly, ridiculously, over-the-top excited you guys!!! I’m not sure if that’s because this whole writing gig is still so new and fresh, or if it’s because I’ve been dying to let readers dive into this new installment. Personally, I think this one is leaps and bounds better than the first – but that’s probably because I had so much fun writing it.
Anyone interested in reading Fire Blessed should take a minute to click the widget to enter the Goodreads giveaway for a chance to win one of five signed copies. Remember, the giveaway ends on May 16th, and it’s free to enter. Why buy the book when you can get one free? 🙂
Also, as time ticks slowly towards May 20th, those of you who haven’t discovered the world of Myrillia should take a moment to grab the first book of the series, UnBlessed. In fact, as an additional celebration for the upcoming sequel, I’ve decided to host a special promotion: starting May 18 through May 22, you can get the kindle version of UnBlessed for free! That’s right, absolutely free!
Just a reminder for my Kindle Unlimited and Amazon Prime folks out there – UnBlessed is always available for free with both programs. And for those who haven’t downloaded the free kindle app for their iPhone, iPad, PC and other assorted devices …what are you waiting for? It’s FREE! (Are you noticing a theme here?) 😀
Oh, and speaking of UnBlessed – it received another five star review on Amazon! That makes eleven reviews total! (Yes, yes, I know – it’s still small change, but I’m getting there.) Here’s what my latest reader had to say:
There are always those set few series that always stick in your head when you think about books, and this made my list quicker than any other!
There are so many times I’ll think about other series I’ve read while talking to friends, and this is one of my favorite to suggest! It’s similar genre to the Divergent series, by Veronica Roth, hooks the reader and pulls them into a whole new world! I remember binge reading it while on vacation in Panama City. And as a college student, anything taking precedent over beach time is an impressive feat!
If you are looking for Adventure, romance, comedy, and a whole new level of lacking patience while you are dying to know what happens next, then this is the perfect book for you!!
